For the first three at least there are plenty of books and courses online.

#4They all ask for the world. I'm expected to be an expert in multiple languages and become an expert in a new stack in months, all without training and while switching back and forth between tech. If you want me to become a Python expert, then give me a steady diet of Python work. I don't see any path forward and I'm tired of being treated like I'm disposable.

C/C++ for robotic, Math for data science and complex code/architecture for my day to day job.
Which books or online courses do you recommande ?
