I wouldn't take either Rufo's or Peterson's word at face value.
After this, Sandia has very little option but firing him. Did anyone ask how minority employees feel about these policies? I doubt they'd be enacted without reason.

The feelings of the minority employees are irrelevant; it's actually illegal to discriminate based on race. Whether that's separate training classes for different races or separate dorm rooms for different races, it's all illegal.

#5This is very high on stirring up attacks on individuals based on highly generalized non-specific characterizations involving culture war buzzwords, and very low on specific factual allegations, much less evidentiary support for those allegations.
