I created software for the Aviation industry that is flight safety critical. I have been approached by the company who is currently using the system (Monthly billing) to gauge my interest in selling the software rights to them. My primary concern is the potential liability due to the nature of the software once it is outside of my complete control. Any advice is much appreciated.
