#7MARS looks sweet for the use case where nearby locality of a replica isn't plausible ala DRBD.
The documentation is also top notch.
Fascinating that sleeper projects such as this one are out there continually improving in spite of not appearing to have much traction outside of their initial sponsor.
If only MARS was a drop-in persistent storage option for Docker and Kubernetes..

Is controlling your own experience rather than being subject to the whims of others really so controversial in 2017?
Oh shit, is it the current year already? But yeah, it's clearly labeled as a pdf link, and if you don't like your browser's default handling of pdfs, you can just change it. I don't like opening Youtube links in the browser, but I'm not gonna ask people to not post them, it'd be weird.

#9Is there any gain to use this over say ZFS with a script like zxfer* taking snapshots on a schedule and shipping the diffs to a second, third etc. box?
