In this case, given that Android developers may not be used to installing a tool with an extensive set of dependencies, it's probably noteworthy. Whether those Android developers have docker installed and working is another question.

The doc of deps chapter is for source build. It's released as docker container.

Let us see. I propose an experiment.
Write a dockerfile for running echo in docker.
If it gets onto the front page, then we as an industry have gone too far.
