Show HN: Handoff is await human() for AI agents

I built Handoff for Omegas.dev, what started as a self-hosted cloud based agent to run all of my work remotely blew up into the best work agent on the market.

I built the Omega agent around the principle of introducing the Mac II experience for agent runtimes like Hermes and OpenClaw.
