Open sourcing it is a great decision.

One thing I'm curious about: after the AI edits the video, what parts of the workflow do creators still handle manually?

I've been building Zedith from a different angle—not as a video editor, but as an AI workspace for creators. The biggest bottleneck I've seen isn't generating content; it's deciding what to make, researching ideas, planning, and learning from analytics for the next video.

I wonder if the future is connecting tools like yours with creator-focused workflow tools rather than trying to make one product do everything.
