Show HN: ShotBrief – Daily photography briefings, should you shoot tomorrow?

I had a n8n workflow running for quite a while that would send my these briefings on Telegram, telling me the photography conditions tomorrow, if I should bother going out or not (I go by weather a lot).

Turned that into ShotBrief.

I'm not a photographer that would use this, but one thing that immediately popped in my head is sun angle at specific times, such as what appears on https://www.mountainproject.com/area/108334937/unlikely-wall

That's a cool idea, thanks for the link, like the visual showing where the sun will be in relation to a spot.

The interpretation of the effects of the weather seem a bit odd. A wind almost but not quite fast enough to knock over a tripod is still going to make most subjects look bad, whether people or landscapes, but an overcast can make them look better, if there's still enough light.

It may be better to ask for a whether preference, instead of a preferred subject.
