Show HN: Downloadable Extensions for Postgres.app

Postgres.app is the easiest way to run PostgreSQL on your Mac.

We often get requests to add specific extensions, but we can't include everything. So now we added a way to download additional extensions!

For now we have just a handful extensions for download. Is there anything else we are missing?
