I installed the app, the (18 page) terms of service lists an address. I think it's somewhat clear from the questions (Verizon, Vemno) that it targets US audience but it might be better to be explicit. App is nice and fast, I like it. I couldn't see an option to contact the customer service but maybe that's further in the process.
