thanks, I haven't figured out what do I want to do with that yet. I was thinking to improve the next questions or rate the current one so it gets priority next time. for now it does nothing.
When interviewing prospective hires, I am mostly looking for good people, with good intentions, that will work well in our culture. I love asking deeper/non-standard questions that are less about work, more about the whole human. I’m borrowing some questions from your deck :)
