I have posted this here before, but that was in 2015. So maybe another try, now that the game has improved significantly.

This is basically a simple RTS game that you play right in the browser. Created with JavaScript & Canvas using WebSockets.

I assumed it is your hobby project, with that in mind I wonder what is it like working on a project like that for multiple years. Specifically how to retain motivation and dedication.
