#2I was so enamored of the Twitter responses to the HBO intern's test email, that I decided to build a site that could collect and curate these kinds of "I also made a professional mistake, it's OK" stories. Mine is the first user-submitted one on the site, I would love to hear more. Please share your own stories with the rest of the world and normalize learning from mistakes.

#3Nice gesture. It’s reassuring to remember many people have screwed massively at work, and it’s almost always because of a broken process rather than a failure of their abilities

I had a related idea in 2009, building a Twitter bot called @sorrymom.
The idea was you tell it something “bad” you have done, and she reassures you it is okay.
