1) Make a new group on MeetUp.com (needs credit card).
2) Add a user from another Meetup account.
3) Make the second user a co-organizer.
4) Resign the first creator's account and ask for a refund.
5) Then you can join the group again and use the second account to make the first account co-organizer.
