I'm planning to open source it once I implement a feature that requires an API key that can execute trades.

It is also not open source...

The fact it isn't open source testifies against its security? There's no guarantee that the code on GitHub would be the same at App Store. However I feel pretty secure since these apps are carefully reviewed by Apple.
