Yes, but a lot of those are "remote - US only".
i look at those boards regularly, some jobs are US-only but not all. on https://www.wfh.io , since march we've had 19% of jobs posted that are open to those in a particular country only.
even on wfh.io some companies would write country as "Anywhere" but in the description you'd see "Candidates MUST be located in USA" for example https://www.wfh.io/jobs/789-android-developer-tripcraft
