Oups! We'll do that. There is a good chance that iTouch will be supported in the next update.

I'd like that. The iPod Touch makes for a nice video camera.

On a bike, it might work better than in an office because of the greater distance to the subject.

These seem jittery on a MBPr with 16GB of RAM. What gives?

Interesting, must be your connection! I've seen a few of these background movie sites, and they generally seem okay-ish on my decent connection.
