I suppose that's appropriate. HN's moderators can bring it back once they remove it and put a hold on new submissions until they fix it.

I just had it sitting open on my big ass monitor for about 15 minutes and had no idea it was up for the whole company to see.

I think it's currently technically feasible on top-of-the-line phones to implement real time nudity detection and hiding by default. I can see it being a solved problem in 5 years. Maybe it will display at first but be blacked out after a few milliseconds.

I imagine it will be like SafeSearch on google and bing, where it's opt-out.
