Double-clicking desktop icons is broken: the site is so fast the first click opens a window, and the second click registers inside the open window. This is probably a race condition.

I wasn't deliberately looking for bugs - I just subconsciously defaulted to double-clicking when I saw the UI.

I had the 386 bootstrap theme as an option on a site I had several years ago. I did not like modals at the time. Make sure to test. Every other Bootstrap theme I tried at the time could simply drop in and work.

This is a really cool retro desktop UI! The aesthetic is spot on.

One thought: when clicking the 'CORP' button, instead of the browser's default alert() (or confirm() based on the text), it might enhance the immersion even more if it triggered a custom pop-up styled like a classic Start Menu. That menu could then house the links like 'Official Band Website', 'GitHub', etc. It would fit perfectly with the overall theme.

Just an idea! Love the project.
