neat! i have my own version of this i use to run my life. it doesn't show it as a grid, but it lists them out in those four quadrants.

also, i use "importance" over "impact". why did you choose impact over importance? high impact doesn't necessarily mean high importance.

Doesn't this need another dimension for "Effort"? Usually urgency should be derived from how long something will take and when it is needed by. Perhaps tags/colours/categories - reading/diy/marketing etc.

While the dictionary definition is not the same, I think they are "similar" enough. Also, it's up to the user to define impact/importance, depending on their state of mind/ prioritization need. It's not a rigid framework.
