On the Mac App Store page [1], I can see the settings panel in a screenshot. In General Settings / Onboarding, there is a toggle switch labelled: "Show onboarding on first launch", with more text underneath "Show first-run guide after installation" I have no choice but to conclude that this app was vibe-coded from snout to tail.
