Sure, but why would a sales person give me a free ticket to a conference? Am I going to come by their booth and buy something?
For major conferences, they probably have a fairly limited number of free tickets.

#17pretty cool work imo - always find the bits about scoring deals way more interesting than just listings. you think people care more about meeting others or getting access to new info at these events?

#18Relying on others to submit events seems like it could be difficult to maintain.
Why not use apis to search engines to find events, then use an LLM to evaluate which need to be added, and automatically maintain a database that identifies events in various languages, then automatically uses contact information from those sites to work with those managing the events?
