same! This is worse than paywall. If I don't have a Google account what am I supposed to do? I know it's hard to imagine people who don't have Google accounts but I can assure you that they exist. More importantly, it should be a choice not a requirement!

The site clearly wants to collect email addresses, likely to sell as these particular email addresses are likely fairly valuable, otherwise there wouldn’t be any login at all

Even then, you have to email the site owner to ask them to refer you. You don't see the job posting, at least not for the job I clicked on.

That sounds like an email collection scam…

I believe H1 employer data is public [1], and many sites make it more accessible. For example, [2] [3]

I know there's companies that pay their employees the same amount independently of location (ie, an employee with skill level N in San Francisco earns the same amount as another employee with skill level N in Atlanta, Mexico City, Vancouver, Bogota, etc). I'd be very interested in a site that compiles those companies.

I worked for a company like this. Usually their range is not the same as SF or NYC, but some less expensive US city.

Try looking for "location agnostic" companies or companies without "location factor".

Not quite sure of the purpose of this because any company/startup that uses an EOR like deel.com or remote.com can effectively hire anyone in a country supported by the EOR, including visa applications. https://www.deel.com/immigration

EORs target more modern, remote-first, async-friendly companies. Visas are for traditional companies that want to see butts in seats.
