Where do you enter the code?
I was wondering so as well. I went through entire sign-up process and did not see a place to enter a code. Edit: There seems to be a gift code when you try to invest in a property but the code hackernews is not a valid promotional code. So it would be nice to get clarification on where this code would be put in. Aside this seems like a cool platform. I know some people will be cynical and call out the housing crisis…

I think it's because that house is in a community that people need to live in. There are too many instance to count where vacation rentals have priced residents out of their own communities. And when the people can't live there, how are they going to work there?

I like the potential of micro-investment, but right now it's not socially tenable for me personally to tell my friends I'm an Airbnb investor.
