Where do you enter the code?

I was wondering so as well. I went through entire sign-up process and did not see a place to enter a code. Edit: There seems to be a gift code when you try to invest in a property but the code hackernews is not a valid promotional code. So it would be nice to get clarification on where this code would be put in. Aside this seems like a cool platform. I know some people will be cynical and call out the housing crisis…

Housing market unfortunately does not conform to the free market rules since its supply is heavily regulated by voting whereas demand keeps soaring in most places. Having secondary instruments like this website only worsens the existing problem.

Didn't see anything in the FAQ about acquiring existing AirBnB rentals. Curious to know if you make offers on existing homes with proven track records?

We like to partner with current Airbnb operators and they also help facilitate the day to day management. There is a "Partner with Arrived" link on our header

I'm part of the 99.5% of non-airbnb investors Arrived is ostensibly trying to expand to. I like the potential of micro-investment, but right now it's not socially tenable for me personally to tell my friends I'm an Airbnb investor. Airbnb's biggest personal impact for myself and them has not been as a vacation vendor, but as an entity radically transforming our neighborhoods and access to housing. Does Arrived have a…

We look for properties that are in high tourist and vacation destinations. With this model we think a lot more people can invest together, in some cases 500-1,000 in one property. Right now those same vacation properties are traditionally owned by one person.
