LOL, you must have very little knowledge about how this stuff works. Try it yourself, Ctrl-U (on most browsers) should bring up PUBLIC HTML source code. It's not hacking, and people use this all the time for debugging.

my uncle works for the FBI. i just checked with him, and it's actually a federal crime. if i were you, i'd delete this comment, and cease to partake in illegal activities, as well as recommending others to do so. good luck!
