Show HN: I made Tinder, but for side hustlers

#1
Hey HN,

This is DevMarket, a platform connecting technical and non-technical people to work on side projects together.

You swipe right until you find a profile that resonates with you, use tools to evaluate them, and start a project with clear agreements in place.

It’s designed as an end-to-end solution for cofounder matching, and our motivation is to make cofounder finding easy for everyone.

I hope you enjoy it. Would love your feedback

Daniel

For a tinder clone, not mobile friendly

If you don't mind, what specific part is not mobile-friendly? I'll fix it ASAP

Well now I feel like an ass. The matching app works fine, but during setup th3res several places where it asks you to preview your profile, and it seems only during profile setup, the profile preview isn't horizontally responsive. When I just went back to it and went to my created profile, and hit preview it looks good. So, during profile creation, preview profile on an iphone 16pm screen, the profile preview was blown out horizontally and I couldnt scroll. Hope that's enough detail

How many people do you have on the platform? This concept is all about network effects.

I have 80+ at the moment, most of which are developers. A ratio of 5:1 I'd say. What do you mean by network effects though? I'm quite new to business

There's a law (forgot the name but search online) that says your business or whatever is as powerful as the number of users squared (paraphrasing). Basically each new user is not just 1 but the size of the network! So scale.
