I've seen mixed sentiments out there. What has been your experience from the customer-side?

#2With all due respect to the people of South Asia, the clankers are generally far more understandable to my American ears. I don’t like it but to say otherwise would be a lie.
That said, every time I’ve called in to one of them, the conversation has gotten to the “let me get a human agent on the line” stage and I end up talking to an Indian anyway.

That's hilarious and actually a very valid point.
I feel like companies treat customer support as an afterthought. AI or outsourced, it's just a bad experience and no better than waiting on the line for a real local human.

#6Well, i want my problem sorted no matter who solves it, but when human support is available, i'd want to prefer that.
Built exactly something like that: meridial.dev - Lets you do zoom meetings inside your app when your users are stuck, when you are not available, agent is going to handle the stuff for you.
Worth checking out.
