Most aspiring entrepreneurs I have met predominantly fall into the following 2 categories:

1. Planners who spend - 25% of time networking, meeting people, going to meetups etc - 25% of time following a rigorous process to select ideas. - 25% of the time doing other miscellaneous activities like attending a startup school, hanging out on HN/online forums - 25% of the time implementing their current ideas.

2. Doers who spend - Mostly 100% of the time executing on an idea
