#2There is no such thing as "good matchmaking". Because intentions of both sides are different and it's a zero sum game where secret of skill is making the most plausible pretense that your intentions are not what they are, dating skill is about misrepresenting oneself. A "good matchmaking" is about "finding a good partner for both sides", if some app did that, no one would use it.

Why do you feel like if some app did that no one would use it, you have not taken age group, demographics into account?
