When I was learning to build websites in 2010 Dreamweaver was the go-to. I remember it thoroughly confused the heck out of me. Anyone here able to use it effectively?

#2Dreamweaver confused? It was a drag & drop & point & click web builder; what was confusing about it? There are many similar tools now, free and paid, haven't heard about Dreamweaver in a long while, so while I don't understand the confusing part, I am very curious if anyone is using it still. I do see it is still sold (and maintained?).

#8I am volunteering in a school library and someone „built“ their system with Dreamweaver and FileMaker. It’s still in use on an airgapped winxp machine.

#9Notepad was even better than dreamweaver. Never touched it and was taught to stay away.
