#2agressive marketing to go viral and get subscriptions fast (it means easy paperwork and possibility to import your profile from linkedin), and focus on niche or specific jobs thematic where people know how convenient are simple tools.

I dont know who that would be.
Multi-sided marketplaces are really hard to bootstrap, but with the right offering to the right people— it could be a win.
