Ask HN: How to self-study optimization and linear programming?

I'm looking to self-study optimization and linear programming but not sure how to approach it efficiently. I have a decent math and CS background. What resources (books, courses, or other materials) would you recommend for a self-learner to get a good grasp of these topics? Any advice on building intuition and practice would also be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
