Google analytics Google search console Leadfeeder / Clearbit for anonymous browsers

Those will give you data and let you build funnels to analyze, etc. the most valuable metrics depend on your product and team (plg and slg motions look at very different metrics)

Hope this helps.

I use my own https://uxwizz.com platform.

Most valuable insights for me are the individual visitor journeys (see what a session does, which pages were visited, what actions/tags were triggered, etc.).

I also often use the segments feature + goals to compare conversion rates across different channel (e.g. see conversion rate for Google vs HN visitors).

That sounds like a powerful setup! Being able to track individual visitor journeys and compare conversion rates across different channels must provide some great insights. How do you typically act on the data you gather? For example, do you find yourself making specific UX adjustments or marketing decisions based on what you see in those visitor journeys and segment comparisons?

Thanks for sharing those tools! They definitely cover a lot of ground for tracking and analyzing user behavior. I'm curious—how do you balance between PLG and SLG motions when it comes to choosing the right metrics? Do you find that certain tools work better for one approach over the other?

Do you follow the inbound-led outbound approach suggested by RB2B - reason why I'm asking is we did a powerful integration with RB2B + Zipy - to get linkedins/emails of website visitors into slack, and also map them with the visitor user sessions. Been one of the greatest integrations till date - immense insights.

I do both on-site adjustments and also changes to my marketing tactics.

Sometimes I run A/B tests, on specific hypothesis, depending on where people drop off. What I test the most, is the overall message of the product (changing the messaging also changes the target audience).
