Ask HN: How much time it takes you to cold email 100 prospects?

Just curious to know how much time it take for fellow founders (b2b SaaS) to cold email 100 prospects.

If I'm doing in bulk, maybe 15min of actual work (get list, validate)

If I'm doing one-by-one, it takes me about 3min per person because I'm personalizing the top-line of each email

Both of these can take some hours to send out fully though since we include personalized videos generated through our product, but that all happens automatically on the back-end

Okay.. and how much time it usually takes for you to find 100 prospects?
