Often businesses feel platforms are doing everything for them. Instead most of the time our product updates are adding more layers to their business strategy. Making it harder for them to reach the audience.

#4The social media companies are in reality advertising media. The more you pay, the more prominent placements are promised. Unlike print media, there are no effective means of auditing. Anecdotally lots of businesses have failed to see a correlation between their spending and revenue growth. As always: YMMV.
