#2Biggest problems are getting it and affording it.
So there are medical prescribers of various types that will offer you a prescription.
And then there are the discount providers making injections from semaglutide salts for cheap.
An unsolved problem is reliable supply.
Beyond that, the value is in not having to think about it. Ozempic works for weight loss as it doesn't require anything but your weekly injection.

#3There’s a lot of fly by night telemedicine shops writing prescriptions for it. Better than the alternative of going to a doctors office.
