#2Maybe they are pretending they are more advanced than they are, to discourage other people from competing. Or maybe they are really doing it and you should build something else instead.

#3It means you're on to something anyway. Look at the most sophisticated, entrenched products and look at all the complaints they get. There is always room for competition and you've apparently found a market people are interested in.
