I've been an Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering for a bit more than 8 years now. I recently ended up having to manage our Machine Learning team. 2 ML engineers, for now, looking to expand. We're doing a helpdesk, so a lot of what we do relates to NLP: intent detection, text summarization, question answering, article recommendation...

I am new to all this and was wondering where would be a good start to learn about those concepts. I don't need to be able to do the work, but I'd like to understand, be a better recruiter, and, if possible, help my team brainstorm a bit. My background is Software Engineering, I've gone through some ML classes already, but that was a very long time ago.

Where can I start? Any good resources that would help me in my goal?
