Ask HN: Why my submissions are getting flagged?

I've noticed recently that my submissions are being flagged by admins, whenever I post a URL. Is there any reason why it may happen?

Have you tried emailing them hn@ycombinator.com?

Don't worry, offtopic topics get flagged that are not about the hacker universe.

It's not the admins that are flagging, it is other users, likely because your submissions are not fit for HN
