Convince them to shorten and/or summarize bills with AI? Limits on bill length, and time of introduction- At least 2 weeks before federal holiday! Reduce voting by Proxy, lawmakers must be present to Vote. Term limits for our gerontocracy?

And the 2nd Amendment is always waiting, if the 1st is truly at risk

Seriously though, most laws these days are bought. So, you'll need money, lots of it. Maybe a 100K or so to start with. Probably a couple million at the end of the day.
