Has anyone ever found a great ecosystem for a hybrid-work whiteboard? A few people in the office would have access to some sort of smart board on the wall. Remote employees could join on an iPad app to view & contribute. Searching so far only shows pretty haphazard solutions.

#3Miro is pretty nice for this. Also, try a Trello board on a big touch screen, shared with people using it on their personal devices. We found a fun background image is key to making Trello sticky.

#4No. It feels ecosystem is so close but not quite there. All good cross platform apps focus on desktop experience making touch apps 2nd class and pretty annoying to use.
