I ran text to image stable diffusion on a 2020 13" M1, it took 90 mins to return a single 512x512 image with the default parameters. It would be interesting to know run times that others have experienced.

#390 minutes sounds like it’s running on the cpu instead of the gpu. Lates something closer to 90 seconds on my m1 ultra.

Thanks, I used a different repo now and it runs in 2 minutes.

#5On my gaming desktop I need ~8s with my RTX3080 card. As I quite regularly run out of vram I rented myself a VM with a dedicated RTX3090 on Genesis Cloud which does the same in ~5s.
I can usually do 3x 512x512 in a single batch with the 24G of vram.

#6mine is a 2020 16" i9 , I use a intel CPU optimised implementation using openvino. it takes about 4-5 minutes for 32 iterations.
