Recently a journalist approached me to see whether I would be interested in speaking about what it was like to work there. 10K+ head count, triple that previously employed; this place is known for it’s bad staff retention. I imagine they have realized this and doing some reality check with the old staff to materialize. Have you spoken at all? What are the nonobvious risks?

#2The biggest risk is that you signed a contract saying you wouldn't disparage the company you worked for in perpetuity or for some time frame after employment. I would speak to the press about previous employers, but they could have grounds for a legal dispute combined with a larger budget for legal than you can afford.
