Ask HN: How do you meet other remote developers?

Being a remote developer is great, but how are others finding, meeting other developers and building out their network?

I am interested in ways others are meeting other developers to learn faster and grow their careers.

Discord. Join the Discords for everything you use. You will meet people.

Remote developers are plenty, you will find them everywhere

Twitter, reddit, discord as other commenter mentioned, facebook groups, hacker news

I found this server called - Multiprocess Community[0] posted on Hacker News in January(?). A lot of HN users joined that server so the vibe is similar to HN, compared to a random tech server.

I try to avoid them. Many developers are a bit odd and I prefer to hang out with normal people after work.
