Hello HN. Fellow geek here who suffers from pretty bad anxiety most days and most likely ADHD (which is undiagnosed.) One thing which kills me in life over and over again is lack of organization skills. It's not something my parents were ever good at (we were always the messy house) and is an area I am terribly lacking in. I managed to get by at work mostly due to the fact that I can deliver big results on certain things, but yes people notice I miss replies to some emails or I'll forget to handle something until much later or I just drop it all. People seemed to have overlooked those things due to the overall greater benefit. It's something I terribly need to fix. It's making me get depressed.
My question is, I am sure that others have faced these challenges as well. Can anyone please share how they overcame this?
