Ask HN: What are some journals publishing internet routing research?

I want to learn more about internet routing systems, protocols, and algorithms.

Some well known examples are DNS, BGP, and Dijkstra's algorithm; but I would also like to read about more experimental and theoretical work.

What are some scholarly journals publishing research in these areas that that HN enjoys?

The CVS of well-known researchers in that field might be a good place to start. Anywhere these people publish is likely relevant:
