HTHIt's really easy to use, comprehensive and they have a 14day trial.
I also like yslow: http://developer.yahoo.com/yslow/
It's good for quick checks.
I was at a web speed optimization meetup and we used this tool: http://www.webpagetest.org/ It was pretty neat and VERY useful.
Depending on your environment, we could talk about getting you a copy to try out. It's ... a little rough around the edges, but I've found it quite useful.
