can you tell me please, does adding more languages to the website affect my Seo in the USA search results (English)?
What to choose: sub-directories or sub-domains, ex. fr.example.com VS example.com/fr ?

#2It should not affect rankings. Technically, traffic should improve by having multiple locales.
With our sites at (https://pinkpigeon.co.uk), we use sub-directories, such as example.com/fr.
