Why do some companies only allow signup with work email ids. When should a B2B SaaS company choose this strategy?

#2Helps them identify orgs interested in their product by the domain. Easier to reach out in the future to steve@verizon.net as opposed to stevieboy78@gmail.com

#3When you realize that other signups are not bringing revenue (or not aligned with projects goals) and eventually draining support resources for free (or nothing in return).
