#2Story point estimation seems like a really popular approach to sizing work and getting to alignment on complexity. Curious to hear from teams that have had either a positive or negative experience with estimation.

#6Yes. I do not know why. As far as I can tell, it is completely useless process masturbation. I think that in my organization, the actually important communication about estimates happens through people talking in some level of detail about what is actually going on, not through points.
